We will wherever possible use toughened safety glass, there are however some products that cannot be toughened, advise will be given, this will be established early in the process.

 

Q. Can the glass be cut to accommodate sockets, switches and or other details.

A: There are not many cut outs that cannot be carried out.

 

Q. How are the splash backs fixed to the wall.

A: Splashbacks are adhered to the wall using low modulus Clear neutral cure silicone.

 

Q. Where can I view some samples.

A: Samples are available in our showroom, larger sized samples are available on request, and these are chargeable but ......refundable at point of order.

 

Q. What colours are available.

A: We have a set of standard colours and the ability to match most mainstream paint manufacturers, RAL, Dulux, Farrow & Ball .....etc. Metallic, Pearl and Sparkle finishes can be added to many colours.

 

Q. Do I need to provide a template.

A: In some instances a template may be required, i.e. when a client may want a shaped piece of glass that is difficult to measure .....and want to fit it themselves, templates must be accurate, have a tolerance to allow fitting and should be made from thin .....timber, i.e. 6mm MDF (No Thinner).

 

Q. Can Painted Glass be used in my Kitchens and Bathrooms.

A: Splash-backs, glass tops etc. can be used in any room, advise will be given.

 

Q. How long will my Splash-backs take to make.

A: Generally 5-7 working days (supply only).

Q. What is the largest piece of glass you can provide.

A: 3200 x 2500 ex. Stock. Other sizes on request. Often glass size is restricted by access to a property, not availability.
